Airport: Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport (IATA: IKA, ICAO: OIIE), also known as Tehran Airport or Tehran IKIA, or simply IKIA, is the main international airport in Tehran, Iran. Taxi: In Tehran taxis can be used alone (or with a partner or small group, of course) or can be shared with strangers. Shared ones are called "Taxi" and the other ones "Agency". Subway: The Tehran Metro is one of the fastest, most cost-effective modes of transport in the city. The metro system operates from 5:30 to 22:30 every day. However, depending on the day and time, the trains arrive at intervals ranging from 3 to 10 minutes.
